Welcome to the American Association of Young People (AAYP). Join the growing movement that contributes towards YOUR economic power. There is over two trillion dollars of spending power in the more than 100 million people under the age of 35. That's a lot of green.

The AAYP is a youth advocacy organization that leverages the economic strength of America's young adults and professionals. It is with this buying power that the AAYP will make the voice of America's largest (and soon to be most powerful) demographic heard.

The AAYP is releasing its first move towards focused consumer power, SWARM Magazine, this fall. SWARM is unique in that it is designed and created by you, the members of the AAYP. It's a resounding echo of our collective voice, detailing the social, political, and economic issues that young Americans face everyday.

Our blog is updated frequently by members of our staff, and contains insights on everything from inspiration and books to Twinkies and travel. SWARM Magazine's articles are written by young adults from all walks of life, with expertise on a variety of topics. SWARM brings you fresh insight that enhances every aspect of life. From music to medicine, relationships to money, politics to culture, SWARM informs on what it means to be a young American.
