Our Network

Thank you for your interest in the American Association of Young People/Network. Our network unites youth organizations across the United States with the mission of creating a cohesive voice to strengthen the social, political, and economic bonds of young Americans. If we have not met thus, far I hope our dialogue starts here.

The Basics - The American Association of Young People

The Gen X and Gen Y generations (now commonly referred to as the Millennials) account for over 100 million Americans and roughly two trillion dollars a year in spending. The American Association of Young People's mission is leveraging the 18-35 year old demographic and their buying power for mass discounts - bringing tangible economic benefits to our members and partners.

The Plan - Build a Network

We are energized by how motivated everyone in our generation is. Across the nation pundits, papers, and young people state how the Millenials are ready to change the world. This is why the American Association of Young People is looking to co-operate with the right organizations to address the larger picture. We are building a network with numerous regional and national organizations dedicated to young people for mass discounts. This is strictly a consumer driven purpose - to benefit the members of YOUR organization and the American Association of Young People. To be clear, we do not want your membership lists or your money. We just want what is best for young Americans.

With a strong national network and membership, we negotiate discounts with corporations and pass those discounts directly to each organization that is part of our American Association of Young People network. YOU have the option of how to present the American Association of Young People's benefits, newsletter, and other resources to YOUR membership.

The Breakdown

All organizations will have the opportunity to agree to partner for the following programs:

  1. Bi-weekly e-blast of the American Association of Young People SWARM Newsletter that includes new and updated discount codes. The American Association of Young People will provide content for the newsletter, facilitating this process.
  2. Inclusion of new or updated discount codes in our pre-existing newsletters that is always available on the American Association of Young People website.
  3. Provision of real-time discount codes on your organization's website.

Benefits:

  1. Increased value to your current and prospective members.
  2. No risk as the ROI is limitless as all your organization is agreeing to is posting a discount that is negotiated by the American Association of Young People.

Ultimate Vision

Streamline advocacy on a national level that our demographic has never utilized. 100 million+ strong with no voice -- that's shocking. We are the first line of defense to protect the well-being of our future. With surplus funding the American Association of Young People/Network and young leaders shape the future of America, and by focusing on today we can solve the problems of tomorrow.

American Association of Young People/Network goals extend far beyond discounts (scholarships, entrepreneur programs, community service, etc.) and we need your involvement to help us shape the future of young Americans. Our collaborative youth network leverages our economic, social, and political power. It can be done, but not alone!
